How to Delete or Restore Contact in Microsoft Outlook

In Microsoft Outlook, you can create contacts, Create Task Lists, create Appointments in outlook & you can do lots of different work in a single app.

You can recover contacts or contact lists you deleted less than 30 days ago.

When you recover a contact or contact list, Microsoft Outlook automatically places it in the Your Contacts folder.

How to Delete a Contact in


Go to

Select the app launcher Select the app launcher > People tile.

Select the contact or contact list you want to delete, and select Delete.

Select Delete to confirm.


How to Restore a Contact or Contact List in


Go to

Select Manage > Restore deleted contacts.

In the Recover deleted items window, check the box next to each contact you want to restore.

At the top of the window

Select Recover

Select OK.
